FAQ

How many nails come in a set?

10 nails come in a set, please make sure you check your nail measurements prior to order to ensure a proper fit!

How long do the nails stay on?

This entirely depends on how you apply your nails!

  • Sticky tabs (temporary wear): 2-3 days
  • Nail glue: up to 2 weeks with proper application (full instructions come with nails) may need to re-glue as needed

How do I figure out my nail size?

  1. Using a measuring tape or scotch tape + ruler
  2. Hold the tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail (press down or pull down tightly to account for the curvature of your nail)
  3. Mark each side of the nail at the widest points
  4. Remove the tape and note the measurement in millimeters (mm)
  5. Repeat for each nail

Once you have your measurements then select the corresponding size kit!

Standardized Sizes (in mm) Thumb to Pinky

  • XS 13.5, 10.5, 11.5, 10, 8
  • S 14.5, 11.5, 12, 11, 9

If you can't find your nail size in the chart, please email me for a custom order :)

What comes in the package?

Your set of custom nails and an application kit (alcohol pads, nail buffer, nail file, wooden cuticle pusher, sticky tabs and nail glue)

*Please note that custom restrictions in some countries may not allow for the shipping of liquid glue. In this instance extra sticky tabs will be sent with your order :)

Are the nails reusable?

Absolutely! All nails are created with salon quality products, are strong and durable. As long as they are still in good condition once removed then you should get multiple uses out of them.

Sticky tabs: Clean off sticky tab from back of used nail. Reapply.

Nail glue: Once press ons have been properly removed, gently buff the backside of the nail to remove any residual glue. Reapply as usual.

How do I remove my nails?

  • Soak your hands in warm water with a small amount of soap for 10-15 minutes. You can also add a small amount of cuticle oil to the water.
  • With the wooden cuticle stick, gently see if any nails have begun to loosen.
  • Continue soaking and gently lifting/pushing the nails. They should remove with ease. Do NOT force the nails off! This will damage your nail as well as potentially damaging the press ons.
  • Remove any residual glue from your nail with a file and buffer.

How to extend the life of your press ons

  • I recommend applying your press ons right before you go to bed. This allows ample time for the glue to dry.
  • Avoid water and cuticle oil for the first 2-3 hours after application.
  • Wear gloves when getting your hands wet or washing dishes.
  • Be gentle with your nails after a hot bath or shower as this can cause the glue to soften.
  • Remember, nails are not tools!
  • After removal, put nails back inside the box they arrived in. This will keep them safe until the next application.
  • Alcohol can be used to restore the shine to your nails.
